These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Party Wings platform, services and listings provided by Party Wings and its registered vendors in India. By registering, accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

For Customers
- • 18 years or older
- • Valid Indian mobile number
- • Legally able to enter contracts
For Vendors
- • Valid business registration
- • GSTIN (if applicable)
- • PAN card for payouts
- • Verification documents
3. Services & Listings
Party Wings provides a marketplace to discover and book event vendors. Key points:
- Listings are created by Vendors; Party Wings does not perform services itself (unless explicitly stated)
- We verify vendor details and portfolio where possible, but Customers should review proposals before booking
- Confirm scope, timelines, and price directly with Vendors
4. Payments, Fees & GST
Booking Payments
Bookings are agreements directly between Customers and Vendors. Party Wings may facilitate payments via third-party gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.).
Platform Fees
Party Wings may charge service fees, listing fees, or platform commissions. Fees will be disclosed at checkout or in Vendor agreements.
GST & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for invoicing and applicable GST as per Indian tax law. All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Vendor Obligations
Accurate Information
Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, availability, and contact information
Legal Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws, permits, FSSAI (for food), safety and hygiene standards
Staff Responsibility
Responsible for staff, subcontractors, and quality of services delivered
Timely Delivery
Complete services as per agreed timeline and scope
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details, venue access, and necessary permits
- Discuss scope, deliverables, and timelines with Vendors before confirming
- Make timely payments as agreed with Vendors
- Obtain written agreements where appropriate for major events
7. Limitation of Liability
Important: To the extent permitted by Indian law:
- • Party Wings' liability for any loss or damage is limited to the platform fees paid
- • We do not guarantee Vendor performance; Customers engage Vendors at their own risk
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Party Wings
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Party Wings from claims arising from your use of the Platform, breach of Terms, or violation of law.
8. Disputes & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Dispute Resolution
Parties should attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Mediation may be used before court action. Consumer disputes may be referred to Consumer Forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
