Cancellation Kaise Karein?
- 1. Party Wings app/website pe login karo
- 2. "My Bookings" mein jaao
- 3. "Cancel Booking" button click karo
- 4. Ya email karo: support@partywings.com
3. Vendor Cancellation
Agar Vendor booking cancel karta hai:
- 100% Refund - Full amount wapas milega
- Alternative Arrangement - Hum similar vendor dhundne mein help karenge
- Priority Support - Dedicated support for affected customers
Vendor Protection: Repeated cancellations by vendors may result in listing removal and penalties.

5. Processing Timeline
Standard Refunds
- • Review: 24-48 hours
- • Processing: 3-7 business days
- • Bank credit: Up to 14 days total
Priority Refunds
- • Vendor cancellation: 48-72 hours
- • Service not delivered: 48-72 hours
- • Quality issues: 5-7 days after review
6. Exceptions & Special Cases
Non-Refundable Items
- • Custom orders already in production
- • Perishable items (flowers, food)
- • Travel/logistics costs already incurred
- • Non-refundable deposits (as per vendor policy)
Force Majeure
Natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances will be handled case-by-case in good faith.
Partial Services
If partial service was delivered, refund will be calculated proportionally based on work completed.
